For purposes of auditing, security, fraud control and preservation of rights, we may keep the data record history of the holder for a longer period in cases that the law or regulatory norm so establishes or for the preservation of rights.

In case of impossibility to comply with the holder's request, especially in cases of request to delete personal data, the Holder will be duly informed, by means of a clear and complete statement.
